im new to all of this and i just got my blackberry 3 days ago and i had the phone in my hand and the screen litterally cracked in front of me. no one is willing to help me out at the bell store and the warranty i pay for they want me to pay the 150 replacement fee.. so here i am with this brand new phone and cracked screen,. the phone works just fine still adn tehrs nothing wrog with the ink in the screen. does anyone know how hard it is to replace the lcd screen cover as i have found one on ebay to purchase?
If you bought the phone new three days ago then you can return it. You have 30 usually. They should return it. If they won't then complain until you find someone who will actually listen to you.

sometimes the hourglass stays on the screen forever.. a little annoying when you're trying to reply to a message or answer a call.... im still addicted....
