I took out the sim card of my girls curve 8900 and put it in my bold, then when i put back on the curve it gave me this error: uncaught exception: index 19 >=19, then it went to white screen and says app error 523. Ive tried wiping with JL Cmdr with no success, any thoughts???

Remove all version of any Blackberry OS on that PC... next download her OS version and install it... then Download CrackMem, start it, select the OS version, then click Wipe... sounds like you already lost all of her personal info... hopefully you have a current backup file from DM.
