Do you honestly know how many threads like this one have been posted? Congratulations; you are now on the same level as the "newbies" you just complained about.

Internet forums are a new media.

Back in the day, knowledge flowed one way, from teachers to students. Books, Newspapers, Journals and Television all follow the same model, one way communication.

The new media is interactive. If I post a question for discussion, thousands of members will view it and hundreds may respond. The original question will spark further discussion and we all learn through the process.

Here at CrackBerry, Kevin has asked us to be considerate of our members. We expect a lot of repetitive questions, those are the easy ones to deal with. We are actualy discouraging our members from posting replies only suggest continuing the search. We fell that is a null response, of no use to anybody and often perceived as rude.

Thank you all for making this work so well.

That's a great idea. I usually do blackberry + something to find answers.
I usually use the "site" tag.

    Example google search:
    "duplicate gmail emails site:forums.crackberry.com"

You should have been in the Storm forums around Jan. 09, lmao.
    This is nothing.

And FYI - maybe you should have searched for a topic about searching forums, since I think one already exists.
