    my usb ports reads the outlet charger but it does not read the usb port/cable to the computer??? any ideas... thanks

    try a different USB port? if not that try a different cable

    i already tried different usb ports and it still doesnt work. i even tried a different computer to no avail..... and a different USb cable.....
