    Hey guys i am new to the blackberry world. I have the Tour 9630 and my girlfriend has the Curve 8330. She is having a problem with the BB messenger. She can send messages but now recieve them. When i look on my BB it says she is always Busy. I checked her settings and it says she is available. We just got these phones on sunday. Someone please help... Thanks

    Oh and just to let you know now it says "Contact is unreachable"

    Try taking out the battery.. It should fix the problem..
