My BB Messenger used to work just fine until the other day. Now when I go to add a contact--whether by email or pin--it sends the request but when they accept it, it doesn't come through. Also if they send me the request and I accept it it puts the contacts back in pending rather than put them in the contacts list. Please help we rely on BB Messenger with my sales staff.

Have you tried a battery pull? With your phone on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in.

Also make sure that your status is set to available.
