    Does anyone know how I can retrieve my user login for bb email?
    I know my bb addy & password. It's not accepting my login but tells me that "this pin is already registered". My service is through nTelos if that helps.
    I am using a BB Curve 8330.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Call the customer service number. They should be able to reset the info for you.

    ntelos customer service is wack... i have them too
    i am glad that the curve is doing way better than the pearl did for nTelos.
