Did yu save them to your sim card recently? If so just go to contacts and then press menu and sim phonebook. Press menu again and select copy all to phonebook.

You should always take the time to back up your bb on DM!! Then you can just restore the data.
Backing up your personal information with DM is a must... if you've done that recently or even a while ago at least you can get back to that point in time if you restore your contacts from that DM backup file.
