BB 8320 ATT - turning off while in the middle of calls
I am a new BB owner-had it for about a week. When I make a call, the BB turns off-sometimes it just seems to disconnect, but most of the time it completely shuts off and I have to wait the several minutes for it restart. I have only successfully made short calls (2-3 minutes). Any longer call gets shut off. The longest time I've talked has been about 8 minutes before it shuts off.
When I'm not making a call, I've had no problems.
ATT were going to send me a replacement, but they are backordered and they do not know how long I'll have to wait to get a replacement. I was wondering if it could be a software problem (would reinstalling the OS make a difference?).
