    I can't locate my CD + I'm running a Mac.
    Is there anything I can do?? I realize that it probably won't help to find the CD because it doesn't run on Mac OS (and that's probably why I haven't tried very hard to find it )
    Anything I can do? My BB has the hourglass problem (even after I managed to free up a ton of space), charge lasts no more than 6 to 12 ours "idling", got weird white background this morning and had to restart the phone a few times before it decided to run...

    Do you use faceboook? thats a BIG time hourglass culprit.

    Interesting... I'll try to delete the Facebook app and see if that helps.

    Youll always have the icon, its a service book, if its INSTALLED, that may be the culprit, if you hae not installed it, its not the issue, the icon will be, as I said a serice book, which most of us hide (out of sight out of mind) and service books cant be deleted, pushed by carrier.
