You have to first pair the two devices. Then go into the Bluetooth options on your 8320 and enable Address Book Transfer. Set up the other phone to receive. That setup varies from phone to phone. Then you may be able to send a contact from the 8320 to the phone. I've only been able to send one contact at a time; I've never been able to transfer an entire list. You may get better or different results.
