Hi I hope someone can help - My 8900 very often doesnt recieve texts - rang carrier and they did an upgrade which seemed to work but said i might want to try backing my phone up to the memory card and resetting it back to factory default.

Now I've had a look on my phone (without MMC in) and the only things that remain on there are:

    Contacts
    Saved Messages
    Games

How do I back these to my memory card?

    Many thanks

I am not sure how !

Regarding your Contacts and Messages, you can back them up using Desktop Manager ( DM ).

Games can usually be reloaded by upgrading the OS or reloading the OS
