Hi Friends, I am trying for the first time to add a movie to my BB. I have other MP4 files added with no problem but all I am getting is the audio portion without the video. Movie plays fine on my computer. I have tried adding it through DM and Explorer - same result....no video. What am I doing wrong?

For sure,it's the converter,it's something you chose wrong. Look for Handbrake and a tutorial to learn the settings.
