I tried to get help from MyMovy direct but the support was terrible. I was basically told by this MKrebs person to call Sprint for support on their software.

I have many internet apps on my phone working great. When I run theirs it crashes the phone immediately....

If you were able to get it to work please let me know. I read a few places where they talked about APN but then it appears that is not relevant for Sprints network..

Actually, Sprint doesn't know anything about it.

You should have and APN (for a TCP) connection to a Sprint gateway (BIS) server so you can use 3rd party software.

You cannot stream video through a BES server connection.
