Go to Options>Advanced Options>GPS>make sure Location services is on and location aiding is enabled!
I use amAze GPS about 2 or 3 times a week and have never had a problem with it, never had a problem finding satelite either!

Yeah, you would need to get a Bluetooth GPS puck to get GPS with the 8320.

Nope. You need the hardware. 8320 doesn't have the hardware for GPS.
A puck is a gps device, external to the phone. Generally, it supplies GPS information to the phone via bluetooth.
