My screen cracked/buttons went haywire on my old BB 8330 and I just got my Assurion replacement phone and activated it last night.


One problem: I can't find the BlackBerry Internet Browser. I viewed the hidden icons but it wasn't there. Is there something special I need to do to get it? I miss my internet.

Refresh your HRT. Options / Advanced Options / Host Routing Table / Register Now

You can also go to options/mobile network/hit menu and select start provision.
