[Farzana Bheda]

hi , can someone help ,i have a few problems with this fone, have read the threads on 'freezing' seems like a common problem!!!
but mine is a simple one(i hope) while i am on a chat and if i want to end it it doesnt, i have to come out of the chat and then end, also when i am checking my 'recent updates ' and want to start a chat it will not allow me ?
is there a solution for this ?
i have come to the conclusion this is not a good phone, wish Blackberry would recall this make and give us all new,better phones .

What sort of chat are you trying to end? Is it a BBM chat or a text message, or something else?
