    Hi, strange query but I hope someone can help.

    I have a customer I deal with who has a new 8900. Whenever they receive a call it goes to speaker phone first.

    What can I do to prevent this? The customer would like to answer the phone in a standard manner with audio NOT coming out through the speaker for all to hear.
