What do I need to look out for in this setting? Because mine is going extremely slow and I don't know what to do under this setting
just make sure the APN is set to "wap.voicestream.com" and the rest is blank.

The newer one is epc.tmobile.com which some folks claim is faster since it's the newer infrastructure.

Doesn't look like anything is significantly better in this OS..

I guess I'll wait for an actual review besides the clitter clutter I'm getting from random posts..

Most likely will just wait for 5.0 OS..

Sorry uber, on ATT--so can't comment on UMA. Wifi signal seems stronger though, for what it's worth.

How were you testing your browser speed, EDGE or Wifi? If EDGE its nearly impossible to do a speed test comparison between two software versions unless you have two phones side by side. Data bandwidth on the EDGE network is shared with voice channels and is a lower priority on the network. So, if you have 5 bars of signal and a busy tower its possible you're browsing will go nowhere!

I wouldn't expect V5 to come soon. Maybe late summer or early fall. Plus I'll bet that early releases will be full of bugs. Think you're unhappy now...
