What file do I need to delete, to be able to upgrade from Telus 4.6.1.294(435) to USA Nextel l 8350I OS 4.6.1.459 (4.6.1.313)? please help

hi all

i have a 8350i in telus and when insert a nextel or boost sim can not activate the mobile network, i delete the vendor.xml and install again software in device but is still in telus, and can't activate yet mobile network.

i was use mfi trying to delete telus soft, but no good, crackutil too,

any idea how to fix this??
