on my previous curve, when i viewed an email on my phone, hotmail showed it read in my inbox on my desktop computer. however, my curve2 leaves them unread when i check my email on the computer. How can i change this?
If this has just started happening if you switched your phones recently, there's nothing you can do about it. It's a change to the Hotmail. I just recently switched from a Tour to the Bold and this happened to me. After speaking with Sprint reps and a few RIM reps, I finally got someone to tell me that the Hotmail change had taken place and right now there's no fix. To make things easy, I forwarded my Hotmail emails to my Yahoo account. Now I get the emails almost immediately and I can sync in Yahoo.
