Trying to assist an office mate. Have the 8530 and the calendar is set to show the agenda view. When opening an appointment on the agenda (or even on the calendar itself), the appointment will open, but will not allow you to scrolll down to see any of the details in the appointment. Is there a setting somewhere that we've missed?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. This person is in the field a great deal, and really needs to be able to get into the detail of the appointments.

And I might add that it doesn't happen on all appointments, just some. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to which ones it does and doesn't show.
I don't use agenda view, I use the today or current day view due to some inherent issues with Agenda View and free time. Some questions need to be asked to give you the best answer. Are the appointments entered on the BB, in Outlook, or some other calendar program such as Google Calendar? Is the field tech on BES or on BIS? And last, but certainly not least, what OS is running on the phone?
