Alright so I went through all the steps of getting the bb desktop manager and all that jazz then got the vodafone 5.0 os and it only let me download 4.6 for some reason? I used the 101 on dling it so im totally confused. There is no difference in anything and Im wondering why even after I downloaded the 5.0 to my computer it only let me get 4.6
I'm on tmobile as well... My boys and ppl on the thread I started said try and hybird but they failded to tell me to delte vendor. Back up fone 1sti

go program files go to common files research and motion
app loader delete vender double click loader click next next again scan

All of this is so confusing to me lol, first bb and I have no idea what im doing. exe files? delete vendor? Its all a forgein language to me lol. Even the how to is a little scattered and confusing.
then go tp my computer then program files then common files the find the folder that says research in motion
then scroll down to the bottom and look for vendor.xml and delete it.. close the folder then go to my computer than program files then common files then rim.. look for a folder that says apploaser it will have a lil phone by it... clicc it connect ur phone.. keep hitting next.. once it reads ur phone a screen will show up saying 5.0 it hit finish.. it will take wa while for it to load and all.
