8350i Losing email contacts and appearing as 'null'
We recently got new blackberrys at work and installed the BES and linked everyone up. Everyone is working fine, with all of their calendar information and email contacts up to date on their handhelds. One employee has had issues losing his email contacts. The list is empty except for a few records that are listed as "null". The first time it happened I just wiped his handheld, deleted him from the BES, and re-added him to the BES and everything was fine. But a few days later this happened again. Now, he also is the only employee having this problem, and the only employee who put his personal email address on his phone as well, and the only employee who is using the blackberry desktop manager. Any thoughts? Thanks
