8330 - video & music

I apologize if this topic has been brought up - just direct me to the link of the thread if need be.

I am having fits on 2 things - video and music

I have uploaded my pictures without a problem (using the usb cable).
But the music seems to have a limit of the songs i try to transfer to my phone :confused: Music files that are more than 6min and 30 seconds doesnt appear on my list.
The video - I'm having problems transfering vid files "unsupported format" comes up.

Does it say unsupported format when you try to transfer the video file or when you try to play it?

When I play the file

I know there's quite a few video formats that are not compatible, the solution would be this Seabyrd Technologies - Blackberry Video Converter

As far as the music goes... How big is the music file you're talking about in MB? Are you using sd memory card or device memory?

I currently have a 6GB mini card (just recently bought)

Videos must be 3GP format. Music either WAV or MP3. Make sure you're using media card.
