hello every one. my prombles, is I downloaded music from
windows media player to the chip in my 8330 and now they will not play. I was wronder if i need to down load a media player or is there something I am doing wrong....Thank You for your help.

What file format are the songs?

i usually use desktop manager, then use the media manager to transfer songs to my phone/ chip and i have no problems
