Was having some problems hearing the audio of incoming & outgoing calls. Verizon informed me that there was a software issue, saying that when certain text with pics & audio are opened, it causes the audio to drop. The quick fix is removing the battery thus re-setting the phone, said BlackBerrry was working on a solution.
Not cool, only had the phone for about 3 months ........ any suggestions ?

    Thanks all !

Considering that the software is beta, there is a good chance you will experience an issue.

4.5 software fixes this problem. The newest beta is practically ready for release to the public. I say give it a try.

I've had 4.5.0.77 installed for about a week now and believe it's relatively bug free. Here's the thread discussing that particular release.

If the mms cutoff issue you're having is bothering you, I would say go ahead and upgrade.
