Hi my 8330 went black yesterday. I can hear emails and text coming in but no screen. It will pop up when I re install battery but the keys won't work. The screen is there for a few seconds then gone. It is funny there are 2 others I know of this happening to already. Did Bell do something to the network to crash us? They called me an hour before this happened to ask me if I wanted to upgrade my BB so kinda weird? I need to get my contacts from my phone? or wipe it clean? PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME!
