Well, like the title says, after a device reset, which usually prompts the re-activation process to start automatically when connected to system, this time it started to, then stopped. Under Enterprise Activation the display says Status: Not Activated. But the device IS activated because I can send and receive email, lookup my corp0orate contacts that are not in my address book, and change calendar items that are then immediately updated in outlook on my laptop. So here's two questions:
    1. why is it saying not activated; and
    2. should I contact my BES Admin or just ignore it.
Thanks again for everyones feedback and advice on this one.
