So I found an 8320 in my garage. It works & all [I think it was my aunts work phone], yet A LOT of the apps say restricted & most of the options in the option menu have a little lock on it so I can't change any options. The camera app is locked too. Any help on removing the "restriction" option?

Does that make 3 or 4 BlackBerrys you have "found"?
You need to remove the BES policy file to enable it to work as normal.

okay. thanks for NOT answering my question; the 8310 was actually an 8320 that I found. I also have an 8330 & I upgraded that to a Tour. happy?
