I have ATT and a 8310, everything fine until headset jack takes a dump. So instead of getting a new 8310 I opt to buy a 8320 T Mobile and have it unlocked. The only difference is the 8320 has wifi and the 8310 does not. There may be other issues also but i dont know. Everything transferred fine. I have the latest software etc. The problem is with google map. It never shows my location. On my 8310 it would show it and update it constantly. But on the 8320 it never show my location anywhere close to where I am at. Ive wiped the system reloaded everything and still it doesnt work. I used it constantly but now Im disappointed. Is this an inherent problem? Or how do I fix it? Or is it fixable? Is there a work around?

I dont think the 8320 has GPS
in fact im sure it doesnt.

Thanks , that should explain why google map doesnt work. Is there an alternative?

Well.. Not really.
What gmaps would do is try to lock your location with call towers which will give you a location within 2000 meters.

You can... Buy a bluetooth gps and connect it.
Otherthan that idk.

Yep a Bluetooth Puck GPS is your option with the 8320.
