    Hi there!

    I've purchased a second hand 8310 and whilst trying to setup my email, there's no option available for the BIS setup. Only thing that shows is the BES and skip email setup options.

    Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this. I've spoke to O2 who are drawing a blank, only go as far as to say that it could be a security policy that has been loaded on by the previous (company) owners.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I will go out on a limb here and ask if you have a BIS plan and if you updated the PIN and IMEI in the rim relay?

    Hi John,

    Thanks for the reply. Sorted it now.

    Everything was fine at O2's end. The BB is ex-company and the security policy had BIS turned off. Flashed a new policy and all is good.
