I recently lost my email and bb browser after I did upgrade.Tried everything suggested by everyone. No I lost Edge and only have GSM. Cant use telenav or anything. I can only access internet through opera mini sometime. Things got worse when my area went 3g. Someone please help. I no long can im my brother in bagdad.

No first is Options>advanced options>Host routing table>menu>register now.

Did you delete the vendor.xml file prior to loading the new software?

Either way, it sounds like you may need to wipe and re-install.

I did delete the vender one was really nervous abouthe wipe. How does that work. I did that upgrade to 4.5. I did back everything up.

I just can't understand why your device won't register on the network. Did you try running the setup wizard again?

Yeh, when I get to the part that wants the email set up in says (you are not currently in an area that can handle data communication) I even shut down my network and restarted it. Registered it and resent the service books. And did a battery pull.

Okay im doing the device application loader. Its asking for what I want installed. There is the Blackberry MDS Runtime, Blackberry MDS Default Launcher, Blackberry S/MIME Support Package, DOD Root Certificates. Do these need to be loaded as well.

Network box then

Not trying to sell company phone. Thats part of my job. Id get fired for that. I love my job to much for that. Im trying to get my company phone start working like it was and get my browser and emails back. I tried registering and it wont let me Im still stuck on gsm.
