So my 8310, it seems, is on its last life. Everything was fine up till this morning when I woke up to a lit screen with the hour glass spinning and thought nothing of it till I realised that it was 2 minutes past my set alarm time and started worrying.
Next, I did a soft reset and when It got to the "verify security software" part of the restart, it took about 3 - 4 mins to pass the test. I'm sitting in my office now, about to throw this phone out the window - 4 battery pulls later, and it seems that with every restart, the phone gets slower and slower (not able to use it atm)
Has anyone had/heard of this problem and hoe to fix it. I'd check what OS I'm running, but my phone is simply useless right now. Its not the latest version though.
