This wait is driving me crazy. I am a newbie with an HTC Tytn, and the Tytn, while decent, crashes constantly. It's also a bit of a brick in comparison to the Curve. I don't think that the Tmo Curve will come with WiFi, but here's to wishing.

YOUR WRONG!!!! The Tmobile Curve, aka Tmobile Curve 8320, is coming out August 31! CANT WAIT....STAY WITH TMOBILE!!! IT HAS WI-FI!!!!!!

I'm also thinking that T-Mobile's version of the Curve will have WiFi to go along with their HotSpot @ Home service. Just not sure of the release date.

Where the heck do you people live? Cause here in Cali T-Mobile sucks ****-hair! The coverage is far below that of Verizon and AT&T- do you people stay in one 10 mile radius or what- jeez-its called denial-you signed a contract to receive crappy service and delayed releases of cool new Blackberrys! Pay the money and make the switch already!

    Love ya all though

    Lata brothers and sisters!

Does anyone have T-Mobile in the Phoenix area?

Their rates are much better then Alltel's, but I haven't heard really great things about their coverage here.

Go to their website and check the coverage maps, they are usually pretty accurate.

That would be great if it's true, but I haven't often seen them release new devices on Friday's.

Can you let us know where you got your info from?

Kasper, my info is from one of the guys in my IT dept. who claims to have some undisclosed 'inside' source.

Also, a quick google reveals (you probably already know) that the "rumored specs" info is already floating out there, I guess its jus tthe date that's the new info.

One thing missing from that rumor list is the NTFS support... which means more than 2 gig max for micro sd cards.

also 3gp support, which means m.youtube.com will actually work

blows the iphone out of the water, that's for sure.

I just switched to TMobile from Sprint and it was a difficult switch because of the SERO plan that I was on with Sprint. I live near Queen Creek and Power and the Sprint footprint does not exist. I had no reception in my home. I switched to TMobile and and has 2 bars but I also went with the new @Home Hotspot plan and I now have 5 phones on the plan and we have 5 bars in the house and in the basement plus the calls are free. I have noticed excellent reception while traveling around the area so I feel comfortable with the switch. Waiting for the CURVE.

So, anyone heard of an update w/r/t the release date for the 8300 or 8320 on T-Mobile? Yes... I would prefer the 8320, but I would rather prefer if TMo got its act together and released the unit. I'm being told by my source at a independent authorized TMo dealer that the 8300/8320 has now been delayed to until mid October. Can anybody confirm or dispel this information? First it was July, then August, then September, and now October. One can only have so much patience.

I'm new to the forum here, but wanted to reply to Marcus here to hopefully find out where the info is coming from for the Sept 24th release... I've read that too in other forums, but just wondering how to confirm... most t-mobile places I've visited have no clue when it's coming... my 7105 is on it's last legs, been waiting like everyone else for the Curve to grace us t-mo users with it's availability, but patience is wearing thin... any way/place to verify that 24th release date? Not that it will make a difference I suppose.... I guess I'll just keep waiting (impatiently) like the rest!
