I'm using OS 4.6.1.231 for my BB 8900, it can not make a New Folder.
Could anyone expalin about this?

That's strange, i just updated to .231 and i can Add Folder.

Mine works as well, can you be more specific as to where you are trying to create a new folder etc .

Where ever it can pop-up when you press BB button, except in Home Screen.
I press Add Folder, another pop-up window appears and I try make a new folder by writing a name for the folder in the column then push Add, nothing happen.
When I push Cancel, also nothing happen.
I want to make a new folder for my 8 email icons.

Did you try a Battery Pull??? Leave the device on, pull the battery, leave it out 20 seconds, put it back in and wait for the device to boot up.

Thanks to all, finally I find out how to make a new folder.
It's about my habit using Return/Execute button rather than using trackball.
