I just got a new unlocked t-mobile 9360. I can't seem to get it to connect to 3G on ATT. Its currently running 7.1 Bundle 889. I went into the engineering screen and attempted to disable 3GPP_GERAN and only enable to 3GPP_UTRAN, but I still only connected to EDGE, instead of 3G.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

You can't. Both companies use different frequencies for their 3G/faux 4G networks.

Sell it and buy an Att, Rogers, Bell, or Telus one. That's the ONLY way to fix it.

AT&T uses different frequency bands for 3G than T-Mobile. EDGE is the best you'll get if you use a T-Mobile branded device on AT&T.
