Got my new 9360 yesterday, did my BB software sync and transfered my music and contacts into the new phone. Well....problem is, when somebody from my address book calls me, like my kids, home number of wife (or anybody from my contacts)....only their #'s show up on my screen, NO NAMES????
This is a pain to fix, called T Mobile, support from RIM....nothing...
