Please help...I can't seem to update my OS...I installed destop manager, downloaded and installed the new OS...connected my phone to the computer...deleted the xml file..but my OS didn't upgrade..

Please can someone help me with the step by step procedure..am new to all this. Many thanks.

Do you already check the recycle bin? You need to delete it even if it's already in the recycle bin. You can use BBSAK too if it still can't recognize the update, BBSAK will automatically delete your xml.

Yeah bbm voice works on all os versions you just need to upgrade to bbm 7
