My brothers 9360 has came into light contact with the rain, and ever since then it has had problems with obtaining network[OFF] unless he goes upstairs in the house. Which is pretty crappy cause it use to work quite well and he never had togo to certain spots to get the phone fully functional before the incident.

We dissembled it hoping to find an evidential faulty to tamper with but we failed to identify the "network part" of the device due to the fact that our knowlegde isn't really that superior.

I did just that and it kinda worked cause its catching network now atleast, but the strength is weak (1-5)..ay but itsbeter than nothing

since the phone is most likely warranty void now you could take a look under the hood for any signs of damage

Hope you immediately remove the battery, sim card as well as media card from the phone. There must be placed some raindrops on your phone which absorb the moisture. So leave it on any heat emitting surface as like stabilizer or in a warm corner or directly to sunlight in sunny day for 3 or 4 days. After few days later be sure that your battery or phone is completely dry then you can phone would function as before..

If you did everything which I mentioned above and you still having problem with your phone than rush your nearest cellphone repair centre and tell them your issue. They will surely help you.
