    The phone is a old ATT blackberry 9360 there is no admin it's a old phone I pickup at a pawn shop and activated on simple moble.

    So you got a phone that used to be on a BES.

    You need to remove the IT Policy.

    What about reseting the 9360 back to OEM can that be done and get rid of the IT policy like that Thanks
