    I have upgraded my software successfully a number of times but this time it failed. My phone now has nothing on the display (black screen) and when I plug it in to either the computer or charging cord, the red light goes on and off about once a minute. I have tried to follow the forums but nothing has worked. I was on the phone for about 2 hours with BB but they were unable to help me. Is my phone dead or can it be rescuded? I'm not concerned about the settings or contacts, I just want it to work.
