Hi Everyone
I just wanted to know whether there is anyway of getting the menu to open like it did on the 8520, like instead of pressing ''menu then maximise panel'' is there anyway to maximise the panel just by pressing the menu button?

Nope can't acces the menu with the BB Button anymore in OS7.
You seen the arrow on the middlebottom of the screen.
You need to use that to maximize the panels.

Ahh ok, that's annoying. But anyway, this phone still beats my old 8520 by miles! But the battery is a bit annoying, but I've got over that

U can press the bb button two times , or you can give it a fast scroll down with the track-pad and it'll open

oh yeah sorry those 2 above me beat me to it sorry!
i all forgot that was also possible haha, because i don't use it that often.
but yeah 2x the bb button also shows the menu, they were more of help then me.

the best solution for this is to scroll down , fast, with the track pad to open the menu , that's the easiest I came up with

The phone I'm currently using (9700) the track pad is kind of broken (it is but it isn't, hard to explain), so this solution is great!
