    Hi,

    I am new to crackberry, so not much aware if a similar issue is posted as a thread on this forum or not. But I am opening a new thread for quick resolution.

    I upgraded my blackberry curev 9360 from os 7 to os 7.1 .

    Till recently there was no problem in downloading images sent to me via bbm or whatsapp. But recently, I am finding a new problem wherein any images sent to me via whatsapp or BBM are blurr.

    When I go to the gallery I don't see any of the images which were downloaded.

    Also when I connect my fone to the laptop, I don't see that in the Blackberry/pictures folder.

    I am not sure even the images are getting downloaded or not.

    Any information on this will be really helpful. Please help.

    what is your media storage memory?

    what version of os 7.1 u r using?

    what version of whatsapp you are using?

    what carrier/operator?
