Ok, I am in need of some help from an expert (I am clearly not one!) I will try and put all relevant info now

I have a 9360 BB, 7.1 bundle (v7.1.0.336 Platform 9.6.0.51)

I have an ACER PC Aspire M3802 Intel Core 2, 64 bit operating system, Windows 7 (running Mcafee)

I am trying to connect wirelessly to synch outlook etc.....but have been trying for about 2 months unsuccessfully, having read a lot of forum answer for a similar problem still cannot fix, it is to do with Drivers (I think)

I bought a bluetooth USB for my PC, which is Promate (but CSR really) when you pluf it in it automatically installs drivers, which i think are the wrong ones, but can't stop that cycle.

My computer recognises and connects to my BB, but desktop software does not recognise that the PC has bluetooth capabilities, the option to enable Bluetooth synch is greyed out so i cant select.

Please can someone help me specifically for this model etc...
