    I was snapping with my brother's phone suddenly I mistakenly dropped the phone ,now the only thing I get is the Red light,av tried loading the Os through the Apploader but didn't work, also I changed the battery and its just the Red light .........guys I would be very grateful and extremely happy if you could HELP me resolve the problem ....10ks

    Try charging it? You could plug it into your PC and doing a restore.
