hello! im hoping someone can help me! A few days ago I connected my BB to my computer, it opens folders (music, pictures, documents, etc) and I can see all my files but after disconnecting my phone, everything disappears. well, only the music and the pictures but it looks like everything is gone. although on the storage informacion it shows i have files in there. I've tried to connect my phone and everything looks normal on my computer so i dont know what's going on. tried to repair SD but nothing...
I've also tried to download music and take pictures but doesnt save anything. I dont know what to do, please help!!
You may need to reformat your card as it sound like it may have been corrupted. Back up the data first, then reformat. Before loading the data back on to it, take a quick picture or two to see if it works.
