I have a Curve 9360. When I try updating my software to 7.1, the phone states no updates available. Since I use an Apple Laptop, I can't seem to find the download so that I can just do it through my computer.

I have replace my battery and charger so I know those are not the issues. I believe the fact that my software is not up to date is causing my phone issues. It gets really hot and the battery drains in less than 30 min. It does this for about a week then goes back to functioning fine for about 3 days, then back to the annoying behavior again.

Does anybody have any ideas on what I can do? Not having a functioning phone is pretty horrible!
