hi, I've had my bb curve 3360 for about a month and its always worked fine until about 3 days ago it stopped letting me open my emails!

it still recieves them and i can delete them and mark them as read but i can't open or reply to them.

I've un-installed the email account and then re-installed it and its not made any difference!

the 02 webstie was useless and unable to give me any helplines or information and I can see anyone else that has had the same problem as me, does anyone have any suggestions?

It COULD be a bug, I'm not too sure. Maybe try a re-install of your OS? The latest OS, that is.

i had the latest verision, so i've uninstalled and re-installed it which seems to have helped- thank you!
