My phones on contract I've had it since october last year but just recently it's not working correctly At one point it wasnt just the trackpad, but the alt key got stuck and I couldnt send messages because it wouldnt turn off, after I phoned someone it fixed itself.

Now today I have a problem with the trackpad, if its on the panel then it will scroll accross but not up to the bar or where the time is, funny thing is tho, if I press alt and hold alt, then it scrolls, any solutions to this?

hi bro. i had a similar prob. mines wasnt clicking and it was scrolling now its not oding anything! the led light for the trackpad isnt even on! i had to order a track pad in the hopes that this solves the issue. sad thing is the repair shop here in saint lucia said im te 4th person with this issue with this model. smh

right, well my light is still on as far as i am aware, my dad got it to work again by simply just repeatedly moving it up and down, i fear the trackpad is on its way out.
